Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 Aug 2026

These terms govern your use of the Effistar platform. By using it or creating an account you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. Scope of service

Effistar is a software-as-a-service platform for CRM, sales, government tenders and after-sales. Modules are enabled according to your organization's subscription. We may develop and extend the service, provided we do not reduce the substance of what you subscribed to during your current term.

2. Account and responsible use

  • Accounts are personal; your organization is responsible for its users' actions and for keeping credentials confidential.
  • You agree not to enter data you have no right to process, and not to use the platform for unsolicited or unlawful messaging.
  • Attempting to break tenant isolation, access data that is not yours, or run penetration tests without our prior written permission is prohibited.
  • The API is subject to published rate limits; repeated excess may suspend the key.

3. Your data

Data you enter belongs to your organization. We do not sell it and do not use it to train general AI models. We process it to operate and support the service — see the privacy policy.

4. Third-party services

Some modules connect to external services at your request (email, WhatsApp, AI providers, intake gateways). Your use of those is also subject to their providers' terms, and we are not liable for their outages or policy changes.

5. Subscription and payment

Subscription is calculated on team size and enabled modules as agreed in your quote. Fees for an elapsed period are non-refundable unless the agreement says otherwise. Price changes are communicated a reasonable time before renewal.

6. Service level and support

We aim for high availability and perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice where possible. Specific availability and support commitments are set out in the SLA attached to your contract, if any.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. In all cases our total liability shall not exceed what your organization paid in the twelve months preceding the event.

8. Termination

You may end your subscription at the end of its term. We may suspend an account for material breach or non-payment, after notice and a cure period where practicable. After termination you have a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify subscribers of material changes by email or in-platform before they take effect.
