Customer relationship management · live at Saudi organizations · by invitation

The CRM that knows
how selling works here.

It spots the tender that fits you before it closes, follows up with your customer on WhatsApp from inside the deal, and walks with you from the first ad to the last contract renewal — Arabic-first, not translated.

Tender radar

The tender that fits you reaches you before it closes, and Hibab judges the fit against your profile — not its title.

No foreign system knows this
Two-way WhatsApp

The conversation lives in the deal, not on a rep’s phone. They leave; the relationship stays.

The channel selling actually happens on
Arabic by design

Right-to-left by construction, not a layer over an English interface. English is one click away.

No reversed text, no stray numerals
It does not stop at signature

Contracts, tickets and renewals — so after-sales never becomes a blind spot.

The reality today

Your team juggles seven tools — none of them built for this market

A foreign CRM that has never heard of Etimad, a spreadsheet for tenders, a WhatsApp group for follow-ups, and an inbox nobody else can see. The information exists — just never in one place.

Customer data is scattered

A chat on one rep's WhatsApp, an email in another's inbox, a note in a third's notebook. When the rep leaves, the relationships leave with them.

Ad spend is never tied to revenue

You spend on ads without knowing which one produced a signed contract. The decision becomes taste, not arithmetic.

Tenders are found too late

A tender that fits you perfectly is published on Etimad and nobody notices until two days before closing — or after.

Life after signing is a blind spot

The contract is signed and attention stops. Renewal arrives by surprise, and nobody warns you about the account quietly slipping away.

Product

Integrated modules — not tools sitting side by side

Each module stands on its own; together they become one journey — from the ad to the renewal. Switch on what you need, leave the rest.

Pipeline & deals

A pipeline per product or team, stages you define, and qualification fields filled on the deal itself — so no deal advances on missing information.

  • Flexible stages
  • Qualification fields
  • Tasks nothing forgets
  • Drag & drop

Hibab — your sales expert

Not a chatbot: a sales expert that reads your product knowledge and commercial policy, judges whether an account fits, drafts the message, and explains why a deal has stalled.

  • Account analysis
  • Message drafting
  • Knowledge layers you control
  • Never invents a number

Government tender radar

Continuously sweeps Etimad and surfaces what fits your actual line of business — with a reasoned fit verdict, not a keyword match. Then it becomes a deal with its team, documents and deadlines.

  • Automatic discovery
  • Fit verdict
  • Approval chains
  • Deadline alerts

Conversations — email & WhatsApp

Your mailbox inside the system: you send in your own name and replies land on the deal itself. Plus WhatsApp Business with the full conversation — voice, images, location — visible to the team, not trapped on one rep's phone.

  • Two-way email
  • Attachments & signature
  • Rich WhatsApp
  • Ready templates

Automation

Draw the rule on a canvas: “a deal idle for seven days → Hibab analyses it and its owner gets a notification.” It runs in the background with nobody remembering to.

  • Visual canvas
  • Triggers & conditions
  • Deferred execution
  • Full audit trail

Proposals & e-signature

A branded quote generated from the deal with its real numbers, sent as a link the client signs electronically — and you know the moment it was opened.

  • Your branding
  • E-signature
  • Open tracking
  • Approval before sending

After-sales

Signing starts a journey rather than ending one: delivery, tickets with response SLAs, a customer-success board that flags the account slipping away before it goes, and a renewal window you never miss.

  • Contracts & renewals
  • Tickets with SLA
  • Customer success
  • CSAT

Subscriptions & plans

Selling a product on subscription? Define its plans and limits, attach your customers, and watch usage and renewals — inside the same system.

  • Plans & limits
  • Attach customers
  • Usage metering
  • Public API

Prospecting

Search companies by describing them, not by filling filters — “government entities with a digital-transformation department.” Hibab ranks them by priority and names the decision-maker in each, before your first call.

  • Describe, don't filter
  • Buying committee
  • Priority ranking
  • One-click import

Command centre & reports

The manager's view: who needs your intervention today and why, close forecasting, and 1:1s built on facts rather than impressions. Plus a report builder that needs no developer.

  • Executive brief
  • Close forecast
  • Team coaching
  • Custom reports

Alerts & digests

What deserves your attention reaches you — in-app, by email or on WhatsApp, per a policy you set. A morning digest opens the day. And every employee gets their notification in their own language.

  • Organization policy
  • Daily digests
  • @mention teammates
  • In the recipient's language

Your pipeline — not a template you're pushed into

A full canvas for your pipeline: stages and colours per product or team, and you decide which stage means “won” and which means “was never really a customer” — so your reports measure selling, not screening. The deals below move exactly as they move for your team.

The radar reads Etimad so you don't have to

It sweeps published tenders and surfaces the ones that fit your actual business — with a reasoned verdict, not a keyword match. What doesn't fit, it rejects and tells you why, so you never read it.

You describe it — Hibab draws it

You drag no nodes and write no conditions: describe what you want in a sentence and Hibab builds the graph from your system's real triggers — validated by the server before you see it. Review, save, and it runs in the background with nobody remembering to.

By role

Every role sees what concerns it — and no more

Permissions aren't one switch: forty of them across nine groups, plus a data scope per role — their own records, their team's, or the whole organization.

Executive leadership

The whole picture

An executive brief explaining why we're behind target and what we need — not a wall of numbers left to interpretation.

Sales & business development

Your day, ordered

Who to call today and why, and the next step on every deal. No deal without a next move.

Pricing & technical management

The bid decision

The RFP, its requirements, its team and its deadlines in one place — and the bid decision documented through an approval chain.

Marketing

From ad to contract

Twelve intake channels feeding the pipeline, so you know which campaign produced a lead — and which produced revenue.

Integrations

Connected to what you actually use

We separate what works today from what's on the roadmap — because a promised integration doesn't run a business.

Security and isolation

Your organization's data is yours alone

Tenant isolation isn't a promise on a marketing page — it's an audited property. We audit ourselves regularly and document what we find.

Audited tenant isolation

Every query is bound to its organization and the context fails closed: an invalid organization is rejected, never silently swapped for another. Regular security review across five surfaces.

Fine-grained permissions

Forty permissions in nine groups, plus a data scope per role. Who may email customers and who may export lists — your call.

Your secrets are encrypted

Integration keys and mailbox passwords are stored encrypted per organization — no key is ever shared between two customers.

Complete audit trail

Who did what, when and why. Even deletion passes through a 30-day recycle bin before it becomes permanent.

Single sign-on

Your team signs in with the company account at Microsoft or Google — and you can enforce it, so there's no separate password to forget or leak.

Hosting & privacy

Built on the principles of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law; hosting and retention requirements are agreed with you in the contract.

Pricing

Pay for the people who actually use it

No setup fees, no long contract. Start with the team you have and add seats as you grow.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Is the product available now?

Yes — it runs in production with Saudi organizations today. Joining is currently by invitation with limited seats, because we onboard each organization ourselves rather than leaving them to a signup screen.

Do we need an Etimad account for the radar to work?

No. The radar monitors publicly published tenders and judges their fit for your business. Your Etimad account stays with you for submission — we get you to the opportunity and prepare its file, team and deadlines.

How is this different from a global CRM?

The difference isn't translation. A global CRM has never heard of Etimad, doesn't understand that follow-up here happens on WhatsApp, and doesn't know that a government purchase runs through an RFP, bonds and deadlines. This was built on those facts from the start — and Arabic is its first language, not a setting.

Can we migrate our existing data?

Yes. HubSpot and Pipedrive imports are built in, and CSV/Excel files import with column mapping — with AI helping clean missing names and infer websites before you approve. You review before anything is written.

Can an employee see a colleague's data — or another organization's?

No. Each organization is fully isolated, and each role has a data scope — their own records, their team's, or the whole organization, as you decide. We run regular security audits on isolation and document the results.

Does it work in English?

Yes. The interface is fully bilingual and each employee picks their language — notifications even reach each person in their own language, not the language of whoever triggered them.

How is pricing calculated?

On the number of people who actually use it, plus the modules you switch on — modules are add-ons you turn on and off. Prices are published, with no hidden fees.
