Acceptable use policy
Last updated: 28 Aug 2026
The platform sends email, WhatsApp messages, and documents in your organization's name. A single misuse damages your domain's and your number's reputation — and your provider, not us, may suspend them. So these rules are short and plain.
Not allowed
- Unsolicited messaging. Do not contact people you have no lawful basis to contact, and do not buy or upload purchased lists of numbers or addresses.
- Impersonation. Do not send in the name of an entity you are not authorized to represent, and do not forge message headers or senders.
- Unlawful content. Anything violating the laws of Saudi Arabia, the rights of others, or inciting harm.
- Fraud. Soliciting sensitive data or payments under false pretenses.
- Harming the platform. Attempting to bypass usage limits, penetration testing without our written permission, or reaching another organization's data.
- Reselling. Operating the platform as a service for a third party without an agreement with us.
Your obligations
- Have a lawful basis for every contact you store and message.
- Honor an opt-out request immediately — the system records it for you.
- Keep contact data accurate and current.
- Protect your team's accounts: strong passwords, two-step verification, and revoking access when someone leaves.
- Comply with your providers' terms — WhatsApp, Microsoft, and others — for anything sent through them.
What happens on violation
We escalate by impact: a warning first, then restriction of the feature involved, then account suspension for severe or repeated cases. Immediate suspension is reserved for what threatens another organization, the platform, or breaches applicable law. We always tell you the reason, and your data remains exportable in every case.
Report it
